HeartBarks stands behind 100% of the products we make and ship to our customers. We use the highest quality materials possible to ensure the product you are getting will last a lifetime. 

All of our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. If at anytime the product splits, cracks or breaks due to manufacturer error - we will replace it. All of our products are made from natural woods meaning every single one will be unique. They will have their own grain, color and characteristics.

In order to complete the warranty, the product must be shipped backed to us. Shipping costs are not covered by HeartBarks, LLC and are the responsibility of the owner.
